Print a Bound Book

1. Navigate to the desired Bound Book screen.

   1. Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center ribbon menu.

      

   2. Select the appropriate option to display the desired Bound Book screen:

      • Select Firearms > Bound Books > Non-NFA to display the Firearms Bound Book screen.
      • Select Firearms > Bound Books > Gunsmith to display the Gunsmith Bound Book screen.
      • Select Firearms > Bound Books > NFA to display the NFA Bound Book screen.

   

2. Select onscreen options to determine which products are displayed on the screen:

   • Filter by Active Status:
     Check the Include Active Records Only checkbox to display only active records. (Uncheck the checkbox to display both active and inactive records.)

   • Filter by Date:
     Enter starting and ending dates in the Acquisition Date Range fields and press the Enter key to display only records from a specific time frame.
   • Click the Refresh button to display recent updates.
   • Use the scroll bar(s).
   • Sort and Filter Onscreen Data.

3. Complete one of the following procedures as appropriate to display the Save As menu and print the bound book:

   • Click the Print Bound Book button.

     Note: If the onscreen list has been filtered in any way, the system prints the filtered version of the book.

   • Right-click on the list to display a menu of options and click the Print Bound Book Original 2013-5 option.

     

4. Browse to the desired location.
5. If needed, edit the document name in the File name field.

6. Click the Save button to save the document as an electronic file and open it for viewing.

   

7. Select File > Print from the menu bar to display print controls.
8. Modify print options (e.g., select a different printer, adjust settings, etc.) as needed.
9. Click the Print button to print the document.
10. Select File > Close from the menu bar to close the document.
11. If needed, refer to Maintain a Bound Book for more information on maintaining bound books.
12. Click the tab's Close button to close the screen.
