View a Bound Book Archive

1. Navigate to a Bound Book Archive screen.

   1. Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center ribbon menu.

      

   2. Select the appropriate option to display the desired Bound Book Archive screen:

      • Select Firearms > Archived Bound Books > Non-NFA to display the Firearms Bound Book screen (an archive of the Non-NFA Bound Book).
      • Select Firearms > Archived Bound Books > Gunsmith to display the Gunsmith Bound Book screen (an archive of the Gunsmith Bound Book).
      • Select Firearms > Archived Bound Books > NFA to display the NFA Bound Book screen (an archive of the NFA Bound Book).
      • Select Firearms > Archived Bound Books > Non-NFA BB Pre 2013-5 to display the Non-NFA Pre 2013-5 Bound Book screen (an archive of the Non-NFA Bound Book with audits as it existed when the system was updated for the 2013-5 transition).
      • Select Firearms > Archived Bound Books > Gunsmith BB Pre 2013-5 to display the Gunsmith Pre 2013-5 Bound Book screen (an archive of the Gunsmith Bound Book with audits as it existed when the system was updated for the 2013-5 transition).
      • Select Firearms > Archived Bound Books > NFA BB Pre 2013-5 to display the NFA Pre 2013-5 Bound Book screen (an archive of the NFA Bound Book with audits as it existed when the system was updated for the 2013-5 transition).

   

2. Select an archive from the Archive drop-down to display its records.

   Note: The Pre 2013-5 archive screens do not display or require selection with this control.

3. Select onscreen options (as available) to determine which records are displayed on the screen:

   • Filter by Active Status:
     Check the Include Active Records Only checkbox to display only active records. (Uncheck the checkbox to display both active and inactive records.)

   • Filter by Date:
     Enter starting and ending dates in the Acquisition Date Range fields and press the Enter key to display only records from a specific time frame.
   • Use the scroll bar(s).
   • Sort and Filter Onscreen Data.
4. Click the tab's Close button to close the screen.
